We have been with NCR since 2014. As Aloha has grown, we have grown as well. Customer service is the best it has ever been. From my prospective I can tell that NCR is very much customer focused. I love that we have had the same Account Rep for the last 8 years. Someone who knows us and our Brand. We are opening a new location in 2022, and look forward to continuing our partnership with NCR.

Your team was willing to answer more questions presented by my co-worker after the initial contact. The open dialogue really helped him with his software issues.

I wasn't able to access two of our locations labor reports. I called twice but only because the first time I called I wasn't near my computer. The first guy was ok but the second guy was very helpful and resolved my issue quickly and with minimal interruption to my work day. For the most part I've had good interactions with Aloha. The only criticism I have would be to say that in the past when I worked on site. I have encountered a few techs that weren't the best with customer service. Felt like I was interrupting their game. But never outright rude and understandable if they work from home.
