Good system, horrible support
We bought Aloha almost 3 years ago. The actual software is decent, as long as you don't expect too much. However, the customer service we have experienced from NCR is REALLY horrific. How about waiting 2 weeks for a keyboard replacement and missing payroll? Yes, a keyboard. I could have just gone and bought one, but it's their system so I'm not allowed. Then there is the server that goes down and 6 days later still no replacement. We cannot batch credit cards, so our money has been tied up. We still have no idea when it will arrive, despite assurances that it's "on the way". We are DONE with NCR and say Aloha to Aloha. My advice is to avoid NCR and Aloha and get something that is actually up to date. We will be replacing our system shortly.

I have a brand new system I my backup…
I have a brand new system I my backup batteries are already dead and I tried to call to figure out what I need you for that in their Samsung where problems they know it's returned a call For the type of money did you spend you think ticket to return a phone call
