The ease of contacting NCR Counterpoint support via email where screenshots and attachments can be easily sent makes our job as End User Support possible in our busy day. The NCR Counterpoint account management team is always helpful and calm in assisting us. We appreciate them every day. I would really love to see more effort going into product development and market growth however. The NCR Counterpoint product is what small to medium size retailers need for running their businesses but with modernized abilities to run it anywhere at any time. I have always thought and tried to convey that a webservice ability to run the POS/INV/PURCH modules in a browser from any kind of device is all it will take to get us a superior product for the market. Imagine, Counterpoint's functionality and flexibility from a transportable device where you can print receipts, labels, email POs to vendors, and 'Yes, Mr. Customer, the current price is x", or "I can ring that up for you right here, would you like your receipt emailed to you?" NEXT LEVEL AWESOMENESS.

The field tech resolved the issue in a timely manner and found that it was a completely different issue than the original request.

I have spent countless hours on the phone with Aloha techs over the past few months due to a plethora of system issues. The technician I spoke with today was easily the best over the phone customer service/technical support experience I have ever had. He deserves a raise and promotion. Knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the issue effciently.
