Long wait for service
Tech person was great. The wait for help was ridiculous. I called on a Friday and didn’t get any tech service until the following Thursday.I had to call twice and was told my case was urgent. Guess urgent means wait 5 days.

Great technician, but wait time was too long.
The technician was great. He did a great job working with me and devising and implementing a strategy to solve the problem. The wait time for a response on a critical issue like the phones being down was a bit excessive, however. Our phones were down for at least 48 hours.
