After about 40 years of frustration with wading through heaps of studies and claims, I found someone who got access to the really important obscured data and put it together with practical and elegant technique. What Chase Hughes and the team at NCI University provide is nothing short of transformation into the next level of the human experience. Besides the first two courses setting the groundwork of how understand what is and isn't being expressed, it created for me a new understanding of my possibilities and how to get there as a future behavior scientist and author.

I'm a CHRO for a large health system employer. I'm responsible for the creation and deployment of leadership development training. The knowledge I'm gaining, and the ability to deploy that knowledge in our leadership development program is truly amazing. Most organization's do not spend time growing their leaders and when they do most of the training is wasted, because it doesn't get to the core of what leaders must become to earn followers. The concepts in the NCI training have radically improved the efficacy of our leaders.

The first course of NCI was good for crucial human behaviour and reading non-verbal communication. I don't believe it should be more than $150 for 6 hours of content, but I guess it's for other benefits that matter, which you have to keep in mind to get more out of your buck. Overall, this course opens a whole new perspective on human psychology and reading people. I recommend going forward with leadership, persuasion, and anything that will get you further in life through communication.
