Watched a couple of Chase videos and was impressed by his depth of knowledge, skills and truthfulness. Enrolled into NCI 1 and so far, its been brilliant source of well structured and clear content, with a lot of valuable content! Highly recommended. Just had a first consultation call after I signed up for NCI-1 course. Encouraging and keeping me in check. A little personal touch goes a long way, and this course sign up offers you to connect with community. When things were not working for me in my life, I came across to this course, and it needed courage to sign up, committing my time and money. So far, I had many moments validating my own thoughts and reflecting not-so-great times of my life. I got to observe/learn myself and how I interact with people personally and professionally. So far, this is helping me more compared to me meeting with a counselor.

Initially I thought it was a persuasion technique but it is soooooo much more than that. It has helped me identify places where I need to improve. And to remember “who do I have to be” instead of “what technique do I need to use”.
