The training provided by Chase Hughes and the team at NCI University is truly top-tier. The depth of the material, combined with the practical, real-world application, makes this program worth every second. What stands out just as much as the curriculum is the ongoing support—the team is genuinely invested in your growth and success throughout the process. Highly recommended for anyone serious about mastering high-level communication, profiling, and human behavior. Thank You!

It was the most interesting course in my life. Like a soul voyage for my self and my people. As a mother, I reflected deeply on the best ways to connect with my kids, and learn them the authentic ways of Influencing other human beings and make the difference. I catch myself judgening less and less, and understanding more and more. People are resons! This is the course of great structure, great learning and it makes you hunger for more. Human beings are fascinating species. Thank you all the staff and Mr. Chase Hughes for this great opportunity to see more clearly the realities we live in.

Perfect course to understand yourself better you’re suffering better and also read people

This is truly an amazing training experience. Every instructor, along with the community, is incredibly helpful, supportive, and genuinely committed to helping people grow. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to overcome self-defeating beliefs, improve self-esteem, strengthen relationships, enhance communication skills, or simply better understand the human condition.

Learning a huge amount of highly relevant content which has a positive impact on how I show up for myself in daily life. The course offers a distinctive perspective on both self-mastery and human interactions. For me it is about becoming the best version of myself more than it is about influencing others. The community is welcoming, accepting and there are lots of great discussions.

I have just completed NCI-1 and I am really impressed with the value - the amount of content that is made available to you is fantastic. In addition to the actual course content, there’s over a years worth of recorded weekly hour long calls with a Coach that supports students’ understanding and implementation of the course materials. And then of course there are 3 live weekly calls. I also love that NCI-1 gain access to some of the Grad School content that adds enormous depth to the learning. Plus there’s a very active community discussion forum via the app or website. All the staff are supportive and encouraging and it’s been a really positive experience. I’m loving being a part of NCI and will definitely be completing the rest of the training.

The NCI training with Chase Hughes is highly regarded for its top-notch professional packaging and extensive, robust curriculum. The recommended training delivers practical, easy-to-digest information designed to enhance self-understanding and improve communication with others, making it a worthwhile investment.
