I had an exceptional experience with NCI University, specifically through the NCI Kit 1 course. The program was insightful, practical, and immediately applicable. I gained a much deeper understanding of how to observe subtle verbal and nonverbal cues, recognize underlying needs, and identify the decision pillars and values that drive behavior. What stood out most was how effectively the NCI Kit 1 coursework connected human behavior to real world communication. I would wholeheartedly recommend NCI to everyone who needs to work and communicate with people. Learning NCI materials is a unique and eye-opening experience. I know a whole lot of psychological, behavioral and body-language ideas, but Chase Hughes is adding so much new insights and perspectives. It is not possible to gain this knowledge and practical tips and improve your interpersonal skills anywhere else in the world. Communicating with people from NCI is also a great experience - every single time they were very helpful with my specific problems.
