After completing NCI-1, it feels like I was given a new set of lenses through which I see the world. Situations and interactions that once felt unclear now make sense, and my communication has become calmer, more precise, and more intentional. I have already started NCI-2, and I can feel this way of thinking and observing deepening with every step. My ultimate goal is Graduate School, because I don’t see this as a course to complete, but as a long-term path of personal and professional development.
