Bought an armored hoodie and armored cargo pants from them. Total was around $430. Chose the 5-8 Day free shipping. After 9 days with no shipping updates on the Shop app, I found out that they cancelled my order on day 8. They didn’t notify me about the cancellation or automatically process a refund. Tried reaching out on their website, email, phone, and I even tried DMing their instagram. No response on any platform. I filed a dispute with the credit card company bc this is straight up a scam.

I put a review of pants I purchased and rated it 2 stars addressing issues that I had had with the pants. After responding to my review they had removed it from their site. Below is the original review as well as their response which is a generic copy and paste response. Not as impressed as I wished I have been looking at this brand for months now and finally decided to buy the scout cargo pants. When they came in I found out that they run small and the tag on the outside bet line was already falling off (not that big of a deal to me). So I exchanged them for a larger size. I was happy when the next size came in only to find that the teeth on the zippered pocket were broken and was did not function properly. So I decided to exchange them a second time in which I had to order another larger size because they are now out of stock in my size. I do like the feel of them and the design so I am really hoping this third pair works out. After wearing them a total of six times the stitching in the pocket has come out not sure I can trust them to protect me in a slide at all now..not worth the $...

I wish I never even tried buying clothes from them. If you're a woman, you won't fit in their clothing unless you have no hips or you are fat. I only purchased from them because I thought they had a satisfaction guarantee with free returns. The returns aren't free at all. After trying 3 different sizes, none fit, so I tried returning them and they want to charge me. What a trash satisfaction guarantee policy.

NBT Clothing should be avoided at all costs. This company is borderline a scam. They dropship from Alibaba, have their Alibaba manufacture put their weird "NickBoyToyz" logo on the clothing, crank up the price 10x. That is all they do. Then with their 90% margins and $200 in profit per product, they send millions of ads out on every advertising platform and get every naïve rider to buy into their product their well known content creators who want to join in on the scam and make money. 2. NBT Clothing uses a on-site review company that allows for modifying / removing reviews. This gives a VERY inaccurate picture on the company as a whole. I have had friends go down with NBT gear and regret it. All their "good" reviews are about fit and finish, not safety. Thankfully the community is starting to catch on, but the owner has already walked away with enough money that he could probably care less. I purchased a pair of pants from NBT, and from Alibaba. Identical in almost every way outside of a brand logo and small insignificant changes such as pocket depth/style and belt ring style. This company does not care about your safety, they care about making absurd margins. FYI, NONE of their gear is safety rated or tested.

Ordered Pants & Shirt. Just over $400 on May 2nd. Both said in stock, It’s May 12th still know idea if I’ll ever receive my order. I will gladly update this review if I ever receive my order.

WELL I WONT ORDER NOTHING ELSE FROM HERE I TRYED CALLING AND EMAILS TO TRACK MY SHIRT THAT SAYS 5 TO 15 BUSINESS DAY AND ITS NOW 20 DAYS LATER HAVE NOT HEARD FROM 1 PERSON WILL NOT COME BACK

Great about keeping me updated. I actually received the shirt for my hubby quicker than they told me. He'll b surprised when he gets home from being out of town with work. Thx again!!
