NBC is no longer enjoyable to watch. Commercials are LOUD, you can barely hear the shows. Now for the Chicago shows on Wednesday night, we are getting loud audible stage cues while the voices are barely audible. This is the worst. NBC morning news has been barely audible for weeks now. Do better. (Local affiliate KLAF)

Your streaming services on multiple platforms is horrible. Lag, ghosting, pixilation. It's unfortunate that sporting events make deals with you when you can't even see what you are watching. 8/29/26 nascar. Commentators say look at the napa hood coming up the middle lap 2.. well I would if I could see anything that was a semblance of a hood. How much money you guys pull in for an event like this? Do better!!! Peacock motocross and supercross also horrible!!! Too bad. Going to have to quit watching some of my favorite sports because I refuse to keep adding to your bankroll to provide the lowest quality service that it could be. Side note my Internet speeds on uploads and downloads are more than fast enough.

Keith Morrison and Lester Holt make your network work however Keith Morrison has to retire at some point even if the general consensus doesn't want him to. Hope Lester Holt takes over even though we really love that Morrison voice and his dramatic effect.

You're canceling shows that are different than other shows to be lookalike shows that other stations have to concentrate on more sports presentations. Not everyone is into sports & im not going to be paying for stations that prioritize something that I & my family don't watch. You have lost a lot of customers because of all your cancelations & you, not the public will lose even more revenue because of your switch.
