The Australian branch of this website shouldn’t be allowed to operate. It’s basically a scam site. Took the money out of my account 3 times but never confirmed the sale. I asked for my now $500 back and they said take it up with my bank! So now the bank has to lodge a fraud claim against the company so I can get the money back on insurance. Legitimate companies do not just steal your money and refuse to give it back. So ridiculous!

Parcel arrives after 6 weeks and the wrong jersey has been sent. Called them to rectify the error and they asked me to send an email with photo evidence. A week passes with no response so call again. Once again send another email which receives no response. Call the UK from Australia for the 3rd time. Finally they offer a refund when they receive the returned jersey as the jersey I ordered is now out of stock or a 25% refund when they have 20% off store wide. More than a week later still no reimbursement. Joke of a company!

I requested a return 2 weeks ago and was told the label would be ready in 15 mins. I waited 2 days and called, was given a ticket # and was told someone would contact me within 48 hours. No one contacted me so I called again and was told to wait 7 days for the label to show up online. It didn't, so I got someone on the chat who told me that my original ticket was closed with no resolution! I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor, they didn't speak to me instead they just relayed the info through the customer service person. And was told again to wait 3 days for a response because my original ticket is being ignored and only the second one they just created counts. Apparently they have some IT issue which no one said anything to me about until I called the second time. This is ridiculous, I'm never buying anything from nbastore.com again!

Had a small issue with one of my orders arriving damaged and Tyler has been amazing with helping me fix it. He has been very kind , helpful and supportive in helping me get the issue taken care of with no trouble. Seeing how well the service is , I will continue being a Fan and shop here. :) Thank you Tyler !

I am about to loose my cool. Ordered two things, a hoodie and a ball. 3 weeks go by and they refund money for the hoodie all though the website claims to have it in stock, they never even notified me about the refund. I pass the estimated arrival date for the ball and it hadnt even shipped. I waited another week before i emailed them, where they said they were waiting for a restock, which has been their answer ever since. They update the website with a"will be shipped by" but they never do. Waited since august 28th, it is the 11th of october and on mail they say that itll ship in november. On the website it says that if you order now it will be sent by the 18th.... DISSAPOINTED

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY DELETE NEGATIVE COMMENTS FROM CUSTOMERS ON THEIR INSTA PAGE AND STATE “it was an accident.” Order an item a month and a half ago and still have not received it.

If I could I would give them a 0 stars rating. I will try to make this short as possible. Horrible experience. I can't believe this is a official nba store site that sels nike products. Immediately after I ordered jersey from their site I went on google to check up some reviews and when I read the reviews I was in disbelief. There are so many different sites with customers reviews and are all so bad but trust me there should be much much more of this so we can warn people from buying ever on this site. Compared to other people I had luck while I recieved my item which was damaged btw and if you think about contacting them or making refund, return or switch I wish you nothing but luck. Please don't buy from this site and save yourself a big trouble.
