Reliable and helpful

**UPDATE ** I had to send tons of emails and complain about service on various platforms to get assistance but I did receive help. Technical manager spent 2 days over 2 hours to assist. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. I sit on hold for hours at a time. I have zero idea how to use your over complicated dashboards and you have no adult learning contact available. Your university tutorial lacks any videos that actually work on u-tube. Not every adult learns by reading through hours of information. I have yet to receive any of my money from you and your finance team NEVER returns my call. I only have 3 units with 1 presently in use but I just received a bill for 3 active units. I am completely discussed with the service from this company.

Always super prompt and efficient service from technical department

We are approaching 5 years as customers with NAYAX.The introduction of the devices on our fleet of vending machines has easily been one of the best things we have ever done. It has helped transform our operated machine side of the business. In the five years I think we have had less than 6 hours downtime where the devices have been offline. I doubt very much any of the other operators can come close. Everyone we have dealt with at NAYAX has always been efficient, kind and helpful. Really is a breath of fresh air in the business world. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great service

I've been using Nayax since 2014, and in that time I've had nothing but great service, Since day one Paul has helped me to grow the cashless side of my business. Any (rare) issue or query has always been dealt with promptly and efficiently by Sarah and the UK support team. Overall I really can't fault the service, it's the complete package!

I use Nayax Oynx Card readers for my Launderette. I’m very impressed by them so far. My customers are extremely please to have a cash alternative.

We recently shifted to nayax as the units provide a superior customer experience with ability to offer multiple price points and digital receipts. Nayax Core back office can produce custom reporting giving a greater insight into our customer trends. I particularly like the ability to integrate cash sales in the reporting.
