Ms.Nyla Alcala from the moment me and my dad who is 73 year got on the phone she was so professional and welcoming we felt like we were sitting in from of her. She's very, very knowledgeable and patience explained each and everything and repeat stop and ask us if we understand and have questions. She went through each paragraph slowly and explained everything to us.We both said she is god blessing because there was so many things we didn't know. At times she had more patience with my dad than i did. She is the best. She went above and beyond, she is very prompt on returning calls on time.
