I would give them negative rating if this website would allow me to. I incurred nearly $8K out of pocket for IOL lens implants for cataract surgery. I am trying to file a claim to get my healthcare FSA of $1500 reimbursed. My claim was denied 4 times and counting. Each time, I called them and asked what it is they need. I then provided the document. They then deny the claims again. They are horrible to work with.

Horrible experience. My previous company used them as their COBRA provider, and I had a terrible experience dealing with them. Even though I made all of my payments on time, they were unable to activate my Dental and Vision coverage. Every time I contacted them, I was told to pay the costs upfront and then submit a claim for reimbursement. But why should I have to do that when I had already paid for the coverage? I shared my experience with my former employer’s HR team, and I really hope they consider changing their COBRA provider.

Horrible experience. I had Tri-Ad and they were great. Tri-Ad merged or sold to Navia, not sure which, and I have had nothing but issues. First I had to wait for a new card. Then purchases that used to go through are now getting declined. No one available to help when help is needed. They have a virtual assistant that answers the phone and the virtual is not very knowledgeable. This has been the worst customer service I have ever had. I checked my account and I have $400+ to use but my prescriptions are getting declined. And there is no one to ask why. SMH

Denied my claims even though I submitted the exact same documentation I have for the past year. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful.

I continually get denied for (what seems like) more and more ridiculous reasons. today, I was denied a claim for dermatologist-prescribed moisturizer with sunscreen because I bought (10) 3 oz. bottles. The explanation was that this could be considered, "stockpiling." So, I'm stockpiling 30 oz. of sunscreen and they refuse to reimburse for it. Avoid this service provider at all costs. This is not my first complaint for FSA denial with this company.

I would give them 0 if I could. Totally useless customer service, cannot help or provide any useful answer. Worst FSA provided I have ever used. Avoid them at all costs if you can.

Absolutely horrific. I am located in the DC metro area and enrolled for commuter benefits with my new employer, as I drive to the Metro station and take the train from there to work. Per the rail system guidance indicating that transit and parking funds come from different purses under SmartBenefits, I enrolled for both, only to find that I was unable to load from the parking funds. I contacted customer service (for lack of a better term to describe them), providing the documentation and asking for assistance with retrieving my parking funds. Despite linking both the SmartBenefits document describing the issues with their system and the IRS guidance advising that it's permissible to move parking funds to transit benefit and vice versa, they refused to assist: "We are unable to do a one-time transfer request to move the funds between the benefits. [...] I do understand the inconvenience this causes, but we are unable to accept your request." -- Connor I personally consider $100 a bit more than an inconvenience, but I guess Connor doesn't. Maybe because it wasn't Connor's $100? I responded with "So, just to confirm: you’re telling me that I am out $100 with no way to retrieve it because YOUR system doesn’t support using parking funds for parking at Metro and you have no intention of doing anything to rectify the situation. Is that correct?" It turns out it was correct. Hopefully we can switch providers during our next open enrollment. Rest assured that I'll be doing everything I can to make that happen.

They are so difficult to work with and their web site is not only poorly organized, but the buttons do nothing or throw errors. I’m asking my employer to reconsider using Navia this had been a huge time wasting nightmare
