NavReviews of nav.com

This company promises quick results, quick financing options. They drug me on and on for 5 weeks, ignored phone calls and emails. All I wanted was a yes or a no so I knew how to move forward with my business. Completely awful experience. That's what I get for using an online broker.

DO NOT under any circumstances give NAV any credit card info. You will play hell trying to stop reoccurring charges to your card. Even if you contact them directly to cancel your subscription.

Trash! Waste of money. Was charging my business account $130 quarterly and didn’t even know it

Does not help whatsoever in PPP loan forgiveness. No search engine on their website either. I do not recommend at all.

This company Rips you off, I signed up for $95.00 and then they automatically charged my credit card another $119.00 and I tried to get them ti take it off and they would NOT! Do Not sign up for this company they do nothing more than what you get from Credit.com or Creditkarma.com This company thinks they have FREE Access to your credit card. Run from them, I received nothing from them and disputed the charges so many times. Trust me what you are looking for and you pay them fir is the same information you get for free else where.

I did not appreciate the threatening tone of emails received from the staff that ended being a issue with my account actually on they're end. I truly believe if I had not caught the issue and ended my service, It would have negatively effected my overall very newly sensitive business profile

I was just starting asking for information when my phone started ringing nonstop.... Call after call offering services from credit card to survey and discounts. They definitely share your information with tons of telemarketers, had I known this before I would have never even looked at this site, shame on you!

So explain how all your debts are paid in full (over 40 days paid in full) and NAV says your score dropped by 50 points??? The PPP loan and funds is another story, im a double minority, NAV did absolutrly nothing, we received many emails saying we are approved over and over again..BUT we received NOTHING.All our affairs are in order EIN, SOLE PROP, DUNS, BUSINESS BANKING SCHEDULEC ,1099,ETC BUT NOTHING..im disgusted most by this drop in my score for paying off everything.I DONT RECCOMMEND THIS SERVICE AT ALL..
