I just opened this account. I transferred some money from my personal account to the business checking account. These people have not posted my money yet and it’s been over five days. I’m definitely not using nav Moving forward bad experience already I will be disputing the charge

Scam has nothing at all on it and I cannot see my report and they will not give me a refund so I need to charge back

It was good initially but I strongly advise against opening a business bank account with this company. They froze my account without any warning or explanation and provided no timeline for when it would be unfrozen. This has severely hindered my ability to pay vendors. Despite the positive reviews, my experience has been extremely negative. I recommend choosing another online bank. I will be closing my account once this issue is resolved.

DOES NOT WORK. The nav prime does not build your credit liek they say it does. i used the prime and prime card for 5 months with nothing added to my report. Called customer service and the lady had an attitude and said, yes its repoting, but my score never changed and i couldnt see the updates on the app... total waste of money... ill just stick with my self.com business builder!

Beware: the unsubscribe button does not work on the website. Customer service just pushes you back to the settings page with the non-functional button, and you will continue to get charged. Now I have to dispute the charges on my credit card.

This company is organized theft! I cancelled my subscription in October 2023, and they keep charging my account and refuse to process a refund!!! They have the most robotic and insensitive customer service and it seems that all they want is to take advantage of small businesses and rip people off. Shame on Nav!

Scammers after buying the Prime subscription I applied for the Prime card and was instantly denied for no reason or even review when looking at the checking account it was denied without me even applying and when contacting customer service they were very unhelpful and didn't share why it was denied for security reasons which is the whole point of credit builders also they said that this is not their fault because the card and checking account is not their's it's their partner's which wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website and when I asked for a refund the same day I subscribed they refused also for no apparent reason.

They don't report the information timely and their customer service is horrible. They care about profits over the consumer. Very sad...
