I had the pleasure of speaking to Diego on yesterday. he is in Billing/payment department he has a very kind voice to start with just answering the phone. then ask how may I help you I explain to him the nature of my call and he got right on. there was money that was being taken from my banking acct. and I wanted it stopped. I ask if I could cancel that part of the process he quickly said yes I will take care of it right away. I even ask if I can get my money back he said yes ma'am I will make a note of it your money will be back in your account in 4-5 business days. then he ask again is there anything else I can do for you? I was so please with his service I thanked him a couple of times and said to him you have been very kind and Professional thank you again for your service and promptness and we ended the call.

I completed an online customer request and received a timely email response that answered my question completely.
