Well I definitely thought this company was bigger then it was when i joined.. I learned it was small an not the head market when i see how long it took for me to start getting my reports working. Payments worked flawless , site worked pretty good. except the part when u asked about loans at all times.. i wish it kept track of your first answer an stopped bugging you with the same loan offer.. i do hate the fact that after they realize there was an issue submitting the quickly denied any ability to resubmit bad submissions, they have credit me 1 month, but u I have had issues with it all year.. an I believe the first 6 month no credit was being reported. I was about to give up on this till I met an angel Paola. she got me situated an followed up with me so I wouldn't be left hanging like the others

Would be 5 stars with my overall experience being very moderate but with it being early on in the year I just think Nav would be extremely on top of things. I’ve had to call over 10 times today and I get it, it’s a busy time of the year. but with my issue still not being solved it’s only right to give a sold 4 granted the services that this company provides. If you're too busy you’re too cheap.
