Great premise, horrid follow through. Wasted my time and money. After about 6 quarters, (January 2022 to May 2023) NAV was unable to assist in securing either a credit line or a business credit card. Amplified the issue by providing constant reminders of my failure by sending emails about my personal credit score.

Horrific. When I went to first sign up they asked for my company documents.I uploaded several different documents multiple times. Bottom line is they never got me a line of credit but charged me the entire time. I contacted customer service multiple times but you can never talk to anyone you just get an emailed response. I’m not sure how things were early on but now it seems like it’s all ai. I never used any of their services and they kept charging me. When I asked for a refund it was a stern No. Never have I ever encountered such a predatory company that lacks to do perform on the first step but charges you, and then does not refund you once the error has been explained. I’m seriously looking at starting a class action lawsuit against the company. Anyone else who experiences this please contact me. I don’t think it’s fair for company’s to take money without an equal share of value in return, or any value in this case. I need to set up a separate email for this and will be back to post it.

Throwing away 70$ a month and they somehow cant verify my identity... thus no card and no checking account for my business even though I already have square and Bluevine for it... plus they dont tell you that if you apply three times and they cant check your ID you are banned from it... hope it hasnt impacted my business credit

You can't get a straight answer for the most basic or general question. The most ridiculous thing I have ever dealt with.

F R A U D!! ****** Where do I even start smh after the rep explained everything and I was ready to pay he slid in and very fast stated that they couldn’t guarantee that I would get approved for the nav business account or card, so I said if you guys don’t pull credit how could I be denied? He then said we just have to disclose this but if you can be identified it won’t be any issues. So I paid the fee without a worry because identifying myself should t be a problem right? Well as soon as I paid and applied I got a denial stating they needed documents to prove my identity. I sent in 6 documents 6 different times because I kept being denied. I sent in bank letters, license, phone bill, a utility bill.. but it kept saying denied. After the 6th time I realized what they just did! Got me to pay the fee and then denied me. I wrote into customer service thru the chat and they told me I would not get a refund because they clearly say it in the terms and conditions they won’t issue any refunds. I told the agent I would be leaving a scathing review on trust pilot and just like that… my account was deleted, all messages were deleted, absolutely no trace of communication other than the charge for the service they took under fraudulent condition. Shame on you! I will be contacted the BBB. Give me back my money you crooks!!

I don't like being auto-charged an annual subscription that I never signed up for an auto renew on. Any product, every time, I specifically cancel any auto renew. No. I don't remember what happened a year ago. I notice the charge, go to get it cancelled and reimbursed. Nope. No refunds. Fine, I'll go argue with my bank. Buyer beware.

Nav.com provides a poor service with no real support. They don’t offer refunds or assistance, and you can’t even cancel a request without scheduling a call with a “specialist” who never calls. It’s ridiculous that such a basic process is made so inefficient. I do not recommend this company at all.

The worst customer service ever, they can't give a service and they can't submit a refund becasue of they no refund policy, AVOID
