Clothes poor fit,returns require approval,customer has to pay postage back. Return of monies takes 14 days. Genuinely would not buy again

I wished I'd checked this website beforehand... I bought 5 items online and the fit was all over the place. 2 of the items fitted. The others were way too big with one of them big enough for me and my wife to fit into. Sad to see an iconic brand fall apart.

Worst Customer Service Ever, I called him but a problem with my coat and they gave me nothing but a very bad time they are disgraceful. I will never buy another Nautica in my life again. Material on coats are not like they used to be complete junk.

My grandson purchased a Nautica t shirt, when he washed it the dye ran and the t shirt was ruined. I decided to purchase another one for him online. When I ordered it, there was an option to receive 15% off your first order by leaving your email, which I did. When I paid I did not receive anything off the price. I rang the company and was told I would be sent a promo code to receive the discount off my second order. This is not what it said on the first order. Very badly worded, will not purchase again from this website.

If they had 0 stars that would be better! Customer service HORRIBLE! Never got order, had to file fraud with my credit card because customer service would not help, was rude and unprofessional!! Just list 2( year customer👏

This company is TERRIBLE! I’m shocked, Nautica has been a big brand for a long time and I expect better than D- service. Do better Nautica! What an embarrassment! Order in store only, your online experience will be a disaster- order will be late, no one will help you, refunds are extremely difficult.

Nautica does not make 100% cotton shirts or clothing no more. Most of them are now blended with Polyester and I have sensitive skin.. other than it feels not breathable or comfortable . You don't get value for you money. I prefer Tommy Hilfiger now coz when the label says 100% cotton, its true !!

Terrible customer service! I received the wrong order and they were completely unhelpful. I will never do business with this company again.
