Do not make any shop from Naty shop, i find a Coffie maker on a sponsered google item , i make an order and received a confirmation, very fast , with the text thank you for the order vi er ved at gøre din order klar til afsendelse , i realise it is a roma company even they answered in danish ,the money was withdriawn from my accunt , the time was running , after 3 weeks i ask for an update ,i receive the answer in romanian, what i not really understand , i ask again and now the answer in english they has canclled the order and refund for 3 days ago , i never received the momey back , and now no answer when i ask

DO NOT BUY!!! I ordered chocolate on Sep 25. On Oct 11 I sent an email requesting updates. On Oct 22 I called their number and it went straight to voicemail. THIEVES AND SCAMMERS!!! Held accountable? You can be held accountable for not answering to a paying customer for 2 whole weeks with anything and only respond when threatened. I have already reported your shop to the relevant authorities.

Menționez că această solicitare nu este legată de produse, ci de lipsa facturii emise pe societate. De peste o lună cer emiterea facturii pe firmă, însă nu am primit niciun răspuns. Am specificat încă din momentul plasării comenzii că factura trebuie emisă pe societate și am solicitat ulterior modificarea acesteia, însă cererea mea nu a fost soluționată până acum.

De toată jena! Când am plasat comanda nu am avut opțiunea de a introduce datele cardului astfel că a trebuit să platesc cu Google Pay unde aveam salvată o adresă veche din Italia care s-a înregistrat automat în comandă. Banii mi-au fost retrași instant și degeaba timp de câteva zile am sunat, trimis mailuri și mesaje să modifice adresa înainte de a începe demersurile de livrare... NIMENI NU A RĂSPUNS! Comanda a fost trimisă IN ITALIA și eu am pierdut banii. DE CE AVETI RELATII CU CLIENTII DACA NU RASPUNDETI? Nu cumpărați de la ei, lipsa de profesionalism este la ea acasa. Rusine!
