Beställde och betalade en kaffebryggare. Några dagar senare avbokade de ordern och skrev att jag fått tillbaka pengarna vilket jag ännu inte fått. Tänker göra en polisanmälan.

J'ai commandé deux boîtes de céréales pour un montant de 16,81€. Mon compte a bien été débité de ce montant le 10 janvier mais à ce jour je n'ai toujours rien reçu.

Ordine mai evaso. Credevo di aver fatto l’ordine su un sito tedesco, ho scelto e ordinato in lingua tedesca, ma ho ricevuto solo email in rumeno. Alle mie proteste sul mancato recapito della merce hanno risposto in rumeno dopo giorni. Solo quando ho minacciato una denuncia mi hanno restituito la somma sulla carta di credito. Davvero una brutta esperienza!

Ordered on Jan 1st and have emailed them several times (no reply), still haven’t received my order and had zero updates. No other way to contact them besides email and they do not respond. It was an order for my newborn baby and I am really frustrated, wish I had checked Trustpilot before placing my order.

Commande effectuée en octobre pour des édulcorants. Produits jamais envoyés ni remboursés malgré un mail de leur part disant qu'ils sont en rupture de stock et qu'ils me remboursent immédiatement. Ils ne repondent pas non plus aux mails.Si vous essayez de les joindre vous tombez sur un répondeur téléphonique en roumain. Il s'agit d’une société roumaine avec son siège à Londres apparemment. A FUIR!!!! Order placed in October for sweeteners. Products never sent nor refunded, despite an email from them saying they were out of stock and that they would refund me immediately. They also don't reply to emails. If you try to contact them, you get a Romanian answering machine. It's a Romanian company apparently headquartered in London. STAY AWAY!!!!

November 12-én rendeltem tőlük, november 27-én kaptam üzenetet, hogy nincs raktáron, amit rendeltem, ezért törölték a megrendelésem, és visszatérítették a vásárlás összegét. Csakhogy ez nem történt meg. Ezt jeleztem feléjük egy hétfői napon, mire érkezett egy automatikus válasz, hogy köszönik a megkeresésemet, válaszolni fognak, de hétvégén nem dolgoznak... Azóta többször is írtam nekik, ezekre már semmi válasz nem érkezett...
