The product was damaged during shipping, but the seller refuses to refund!
I ordered 14 units of A. Vogel Molkosan 500ml. Upon receiving the package, I discovered that 2 bottles were broken during transit, causing significant liquid leakage. The leaked liquid not only resulted in the direct loss of these 2 bottles but, more importantly, it soaked and contaminated the paper outer packaging boxes of the remaining 12 bottles. Consequently, these outer boxes became stained, damp, and damaged, completely destroying their original retail value. As a buyer who intended to resell these items, the condition of the outer packaging is crucial. Because the packaging of these 12 bottles was severely contaminated and damaged, they are now unsellable. The seller has only refunded the cost for the 2 broken bottles. This completely disregards the fact that the remaining 12 items have also been rendered commercially worthless due to the damage sustained during shipping. The entire order has been substantially impacted by this transit damage. Given this situation, I request a full refund for the entire order. I have already provided photographic evidence of the damage to the seller (which I can provide here as well) and I am willing to return all the items if required (although most of the packaging is ruined and unusable).
