Allergic
Per my order, I could choose from 4 promotion offers. Having an allergy to Stevia (ingredient in 3 of the products), I called and asked customer service if I could get 4 of the same product without Stevia. My request was denied without explanation - except that it was conditions of the offer. Being a NSP customer for more than 20 years it’s sad to see how the products have declined, increased dramatically, and no provision from customer service.

We appreciate your feedback and time. We regret that our promotion didn't meet your needs due to your allergy, and that we couldn't accommodate your request. We're also sorry to hear of your disappointment with our products and service. We'll share this with our team.

I feel confident in the products I use through them. Helped me immensely through the years. I love their Subscribe and Thrive with discounted prices, free shipping and bonus after order a certain number of times. Great customer support when you need it.
