Price raise after order was made and price was quoted March 30!!
I made my subscribe and thrive order before the price raise and was quoted a price. YET, when my order was put through, I was charged the new price. I feel that's totally unfair! You knew the date set that the order would go through. So IF I was going to be charged the new price, I should have been quoted the new price online when my items were ordered!!! Your prices are becoming outrageous to top it off. This last jump in my order was unbelievable!!!

We understand how important it is to have accurate pricing at the time of updating your order. At that time, our system could only display the current pricing prior to the increase. Once the new pricing took effect on April 1, orders processed afterward reflected the updated prices. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will be sure to share your feedback with the appropriate teams. Your concerns are important to us, and we value your continued support.
