I was under the impression the Prebiotic Eleven would arrive in a cold pack to assure it was kept cold as per the directions. But as soon as I questioned you about this you reassured me the probiotics were able to be warm for 2 weeks. Thank you. I trust you. I have found Probiotic Eleven to help myself and my husband.

We appreciate you sharing your experience regarding the delivery of your Prebiotic Eleven. Nature's Sunshine probiotics are formulated with at least a 25% overage to ensure they remain effective even after up to two weeks of shipping in high heat and humidity, and extensive testing has confirmed their stability during transit. For optimal freshness and to maintain the full shelf life, we recommend refrigerating or freezing the product after it is received.
