The company is doing nothing wrong
The company is doing nothing wrong. I've loved your thai fu oil for years so i was hoping the new product for the pain in my knees was gonna work as good as that oil but it did not.So I feel I've wasted my money, but it is what it is unless you want to pay me back.Because the product did not work for me.

A Very Happy 1st time customer !
I ordered the Pau D'Atco Lotion . I was wondering if it will be a high S&H cost and to my delight, it was free shipping!!!!! I received my order in 3 days. it was packaged well and sealed lotion. I would highly recommend ordering from Nature Sunshine. Thank you for taking such care of this customer!

Product and Delivery
The product itself is exactly what I ordered, it’s just odd how one tiny thing took almost a week to get here when orders from farther get here in a day with others sites… Also, the box was ridiculously big for such a tiny bottle lol Y’all had me thinking there’d be multiple in there.
