Gave me wrong free strain didn’t care for it I called and a girl goes well your supposed to come in well that’s not what your website says so I feel that’s not good advertising something could have been done for inconvenience because free or not I still had to make a purchase They really should improve their customer service with certain staff and fix their website other then that the strains were good nice nugget size bagged well delivered perfectly I loved the bud tender and driver great communication on their end tried a few different strains Love the delivery option not being so expensive

Thank you for the detailed feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the strains, the packaging, and our affordable delivery, and we'll pass your kind words along to your budtender and driver. We're sorry you received the wrong free strain, and even more sorry about how your call was handled. You're right that our website should match what our team tells customers, and we're looking into clarifying that. Thanks for giving us the chance to improve! 🌿

Prices were good but when I asked about dates I was given the test date rather than harvest date and it was a 3 month difference! This was the only shop I actually trusted but now I'm 99% certain that all dispensaries are full of sh!t. They prey on uneducated consumers. If you don't ask the right questions they certainly won't volunteer information that could impact the sale. I also took a 1st time customer/referral with me but she didn't receive any 1st time customer gifts and I didn't receive any credits or points for referring her. I dealt with Wally too, which told me he's the owner, so if he's not transparent it's probably safe to assume the entire staff does the same. I knew what was going on as he acted like he was giving us a super deal but I didn't make a fuss. I'm pretty good at biting my tongue and letting salespeople dig themselves a hole. There's still many shops I haven't been to yet, if I can find 1 thats truly honest I'll be a customer for life. I really liked this shop too. Lesson - you always get what you pay for....if it sounds too good to be true, IT IS.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We know trust has to be earned, and we're sorry we let you down on this visit. You deserve clear answers about freshness, and we should have made the difference between harvest and test dates clear without you having to ask. We're using your feedback to make sure our whole team explains this upfront.

I was promised a discount due to my previous order was delivered very late. So, I tied them again. I was told I could not apply the discount to my order because the items were on sale.

This has nothing to with there friendliness but... There budtenders need to learn what good product taste like. The last 2 strains of flower that I had their budtender pick for me both tasted like Chlorophyll. Im skeptical on trying new/different strains recommended by them. Great place to buy a 710 cart(can't go wrong there)

Placed an order for delivery for today between 7-9. It’s now 10:09 pm and still no delivery or phone call to tell me it would be delayed. It’s Michigan and we are experiencing some bad weather so I understand the need for a delay, however a phone call would’ve been greatly appreciated is all I’m saying. I’ve never had an issue with this place they’ve always been wonderful

I was overcharged for a deal on cartridges and i think instead of just being upfront and honest about not honoring the deal they called and pretended to be breaking me the news but actually just gave me a delivery update,at least i think that explains the multiple calls for the same information the dispo shouldve had already. I just wasnt going to go back, but i got this survey and figured id pass it along

I didn't look in the bag to verify my order. I was sent Wedding Cake instead of Jealousy without notice or warning. I did not enjoy the wedding cake prerolls at all, and gave them away for free. It was nothing like Jealousy. i looked at the content, and saw that unlike Jealousy, it had 0 CBD. So that was not only unexpected change but not a good match for the original order in my opinion. This kind of oversight discourages me from shopping Natures Remedy -- at least online anyways. Thanks for listening.
