There's a mistaken 1-star review that says Nature's Lab uses cyanocobalamin for vitamin B12 and that it's poisonous cyanide, but 1) My Nature's Lab multivite uses methylcobalamin, the better B12 version and 2) cyanocobalamin isn't cyanide or poisonous, but is a less bio-available form of vitamin B12 used in some supplements. If it were poisonous, would anybody be left buying Nature's Lab?
