I purchased a product I use ongoing and decided to get 4 to get free shipping. When I received the product, it showed an expiration date 2 months away! I contacted the company and they said they cannot accept product back (even though it was sealed) and could only give me credit for 2. They said that was their current lot so I couldn't even get a product with an expiration date a year out.

5 stars for the product, but 2 stars for the shipping: it cost me $25 for the shipping, and my package is still in California after 7 days, with USPS.

The product is what my Dr ordered but it needs to be refrigerated. You folks ship via USPS who is extremely slow compared to the others and it usually arrives without any cooling agent remaining. I assume it still has a valid shelf life after being shipped partially refrigerated. That is why I rated it average rather than the highest level.
