Disappointing Experience with Direct Order
I first tried this company’s product through a retailer, and it was amazing. But when I placed an order directly from their website, it arrived damaged and incomplete. I’ve reached out multiple times, but no one has responded. Very disappointed with the lack of support and quality control. I won’t be ordering again, even through retailers.
