I had never heard of the Natural Pet Warehouse. I stumbled across when my regular co. was out of stock of one of my pups monthly items. This is a rare item that your local big name pet stores carry. I was so worried. I was pleased with the prompt shipping, the personalized thank you note and a little human treat in box as well :-) I will scroll site again in future, I do like helping out local businesses.

Natural Pet Warehouse has very competitive prices on their products and great customer service. On my recent order an item was left out. I called to let them know and the item was shipped out immediately and arrived a couple of days later. I realize that anyone can make mistake, but they fixed it quickly. I will be ordering from them again!

Forgot to get my grandpuppy a Christmas gift. Ordered a few days before and they delivered on time! Also, a wonderful note card and a human treat included, nice touch. I will be ordering again soon!
