The ordering process was easy, it was package well, and arrived in a timely manner. I would order from them again.

You can always depend on Natural Pet Warehouse to have everything you need for your pet! They are amazing and send your order out in record time! I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants great products and superior customer service ❤️

Fast and free delivery. Great selection of all my nutritional and treat needs for my dog Ollie. First delivery even included a human treat. Will be my go to business for all pet needs.

Stella's food came so quickly. She's been eating Northwest Naturals for quite a while, but we were unable to find it at any pet stores. I'm so glad we found your sight and that you had what we need. I'm also glad we can help your family with your needs. I love the family photo too.

The service I got from this company was incredible! They took the time to personally return calls, several times. Never ignored my questions, and resolved my issue without hesitation. Very few business owners do that nowadays. I can’t say enough good things about how they strive to help their customers. Thank you!!!!!!!

I love the products from this company as the quality is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I will be ordering in the future. Thank you. Denise

Very helpful and efficient service!

My cats are SUPER picky eaters so I really needed to be able to get a specific brand and flavor which I couldn't find anywhere else EXCEPT Natural Pet Warehouse. The order was processed quickly and arrived in almost the same time frame as Chewy or Amazon order would have but with far less superfluous packaging.
