I first was introduced to your product from a pet shop in Spring Lake, NJ; the owner's dog was intently chewing the Frankly Collagen bone. I tried it and my bone-finicky Golden Retreiver loved it. Your service is so quick and friendly and I can't wait for the toffee shortbread you share with us people!!

My boy loves this. I put i in warm water and bone broth. So he gets his milk thistle twice daily and it is helping his liver enzymes to drop and currently stay the same. Best price I have found and it came quickly! thank you for all you do!

I went online to find a product and NaturalPetWarehouse.com came up with the cheapest price so I ordered. When it was delivered, in a timely fashion, the package had been damaged and there was no product in the package! I sent an email to the company asked what I should do? They replied quickly and sent me a new product no questions asked! I will continue to use this company!!

Ordered from this company when we lived in Hawai'i and couldn't get these great brands locally. So grateful to them for shipping to Hawai'i at affordable rates! And now we use them on the mainland. Just a great company carrying great food for cats and dogs.

I am a repeat customer of Natural Pet Warehouse and intend to remain a loyal customer. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced anywhere. Responses to emails are quick. The owners actually care and work closely with you to make sure you are satisfied, even if that means a refund for their customer. They always include a "human" treat in each order - a very nice touch which I greatly appreciate. It is an honor and a privilege to support this small family business.
