I had a Discovery Call with Danielle and found it to be extremely useful especially as a follow up to the 28 Day Heart Health Challenge. I had already ordered the Heart Attack Risk Test and we had a good discussion around the next steps once I received my results leading to a basic action plan and a number of options for me to consider.
