None of the gift cards work. I have all the 25 dollar cards that can't be used.

Zack can you please explain what you mean by they do not work? Have you contacted customer service about this? Please contact us about this issue you seem to be having.
Ole
I like the products from NHS. But the delivery is late and Fedex is still not able to set a delivery date. My experiences with Fedex were very bad over the past two or three years: Ignoring delivery instructions, not ringing doorbell when delivering packages of $800 value and some bad latencies. I am re-considering orders just because they have Fedex as their only carrier option. @NHS please offer at least one different delivery service.

Ole we apologize for the problems with Fedex. There are hard times with all carriers and we hope to have these issues sorted out asap.
