It was a pleasure working on line to develop our new rugs. There is a great selection of weaves and fibers. We banded our three rugs and found that there were loads of options in this effort as well. They arrived nicely wrapped and after our renovation had been completed we couldn't wait to put down the new rugs.We are thrilled with the the look and materials. I would highly recommend Natural Area Rugs.

I have always had good results in dealing with Natural Area Rugs.

I am very happy with my new rug that I purchased through Natural Area Rugs. It was an easy uncomplicated experience. Shipping was quick also and I received a free rug pad with my purchase. I will definitely order from them again.

Looks great. Easy to clean. Doesn't mat. Would buy again.

Absolutely love my seagrass rug. I was very picky and doing everything online. DId a number a samples and needed a few clarifying questions. they were extremely helpful both by phone and email. If I had one quibble, it was that merely increasing the width of the border (thereby technically making it 'custom') did increase the total cost quite a bit, even though was otherwise a stand rug in a standard size. Loved the option to do custom shapes. Highly recommended from a very picky customer.

Their rugs are very stylish, elegant looking and durable. I purchased a Jute and Sisal rugs which looked really great in my living and dining room. Everybody compliments the rugs. I am planning on buying more for my mom and my sister. Buying these was one of the easiest decision I have made since their knowledgeable customer service helped me a lot. Will surely recommend this company to everybody i know.
