Natural Area RugsReviews of naturalarearugs.com

The whole experience was great and easy.

This company knows what quality customer service is!! I had placed an order for stair treads and 2 landing mats, they emailed me to let me know that The treads and mats would not exactly match, which I thought was awesome!! Angela patiently helped me choose new items that would match. Shipping was super quick even on my custom order. Had to call them when I received my order as it was missing a few items and again Angela helped me with superior service and shipped my missing items immediately. Nothing but great things to say, and I WILL definitely be shopping here again!!

High quality, beautifully handmade stair treads, absolutely a thumbs up product!

This was my second purchase and the quality for this shipment was just as good as the first - excellent. Also, I must say that Angelique was a fantastic customer service rep. When I realized I had ordered the incorrect material and border edge I called and she promptly took care of the change in a very gracious and caring manner. She gets a 5 for service!

Love the rug, makes my living room beautiful. I'm very pleased with the quality, and color.

This is my second purchase from NAR and I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s great to be able to purchase a custom sized rug at a great price that is both beautiful and functional! Very pleased with my new Sisal rug!

Couldn’t have had better help than from Angelique, who helped me make a change in the size and rushed the order to me with instructions on how to ensure timely delivery.
