Natural Area RugsReviews of naturalarearugs.com

Rug is beautiful, price reasonable.

I have bought a few rugs from here over the years. I loved them all except the last one I had to return. It was a jute rug and for some reason I had some allergic reaction to it. The other jute and sisal rugs I've ordered in the past were great. I have to say the customer service is awsome! The return was easy and fast. I just ordered a different rug to replace the jute. The delivery is faster than expected.

Great rug for a good price and speedy delivery

Ordering process was very easy, and rug arrived promptly. It was gorgeous and custom size fit perfectly. Will definitely order from NAR again.

Quality was great as expected and as it shows online.

Love the custom rugs and the customer service. I had to put the order on hold for a week while I was out of town after I realized that the rug size ordered was too small. I had to wait to come home to remeasure the area before I gave them the new rug size. Angelique at the customer service was excellent in accommodating the change order.

The rugs were a great assistance to my 16 year old Tuesday. She was able to move about the stairs with more ease. She says thank you.

Got a nice size sample (4x6" rug and 7" binding) of sisal rug and binding. Price for custom rug seemed excellent. Before ordering, called company to confirm that rug would be to my exact measurements and was told yes. Ordered rug on a Thursday, received via FedEx two Tuesdays from then. VERY happy with quality and look of rug. Would definitely order again.
