So far we like the product (stair treads) and appreciate the natural fiber look. I have noticed that only 1 day after installing the treads, some of the fibers are unraveling and when I walk on the stairs these fibers look like stands of thick hair or tufts of dog fur. I’m disappointed that this makes the stairs look less clean. We were also surprised to took so long to receive the product; you should share more information about the timeline to receive the product so that customers are better informed.

The information on phone was great. The product is what we wanted. The mailing system was quite slow.

The tape must have been old - because the peeling process was very difficult and super time consuming in the installation process.

I am very happy with the quality and value of the carpet I ordered. The only complaint I have is that the picture of the carpet seemed to show colors that were not as intense as the actual carpet turned out to be. I liked the more faded look. But, the more colorful version is growing on me!

The stair treads I bought looked mostly great just a few had bindings that were not sewn on straight. The product overall is good quality. Customer service was excellent.

Great stair treads. I put these on top of my carpeted stair. I used double sided carpet tape purchased at home Depot and it is staying on. Excellent treads and the price was good. I needed 10 but bought the set of 13. Happy with this purchase and brand.

Opulance seagrass rugs give me the look I want in my Florida home. They seem more course than the one I ordered here years ago, so I would suggest asking for samples ahead of time. Also, two of the four edges had somewhat twisted binding, but I was able to hide that with furniture arrangement. The company had good customer service and follow up which is appreciated these days. I will order here again when the time comes but the rugs last forever.
