Good product. Only complaint is that I got a message that it was shipping but it wasn't actually shipped for another week.

Love my sea grass rug. The first delivery was damaged so the Fedex driver took it back. The representative at NAR was very apologetic and ordered another rug for delivery right away. Looks great!l

The stair runners are great, but they should come with instructions on how much tape to use. We thought it was enough the first time, but we were wrong.

We ordered a set of stair treads that came in set of thirteen. Good thing we needed only 12 because one was not made well within the tread itself. Could have tripped someone. Otherwise I would have rated 5.

As always, i love the rugs and how quickly they are delivered. My big complaint is that i never received a notice of when to expect delivery and actually had to call to find out that information. They informed me that my order would be delivered in two parts. Okay, no problem, but still no confirm and my rug was left on my Brooklyn stoop for many hours before it was brought to my attention by a visiting guest. Is there anyway that communication can be coordinated or am I being naive? Loving the rugs, Joe

Love the runners. Exact colors as samples. Only problem that hasn’t worked itself out is the rolls. Unwrapped and laid out in pads (purchased elsewhere) immediately upon arrival. Used cardboard roll to rollout on pad. Nearly two weeks later , still have noticeable rolls. I have yet to contact vendor for resolution suggestions. Otherwise great.

We love the look of our new rug - great color and style. It flattened out well and no odor. However, it isn't that comfortable on bare feet. We look at it as though we're getting both a foot massage as well as a new rug.
