Natural Area RugsReviews of naturalarearugs.com

Customer service excellent! Rug quality excellent. 5 Star!

I absolutely like this company. I love my rugs and it is so rare to have custom made products.

Great customer service experience.

As expected - looks great

Wonderful product! Great look!

The company allowed us to return a rug that didn't work for our room. We did this be driving to the warehouse by appointment. We already chose another rug that was suggested on our phone call. The new rug worked perfectly and cost us less money.

I have bought various rugs, in the past, from Natural Area rugs. Excellent product and service. I had bought stair treads for my last house from them, but recently moved, so ordered new stair treads for my new house. They arrived today, installed them and they look great! I checked my info for the previous stair treads and I see they were made in China, but the ones I received today says made in USA, which makes me a lot happier. I especially like being able to get samples in advance of making a decision; it's very helpful as colors are often very different from how they appear on a computer screen.

Well made beautiful rug.
