The product designed to remove stains from natural area rugs did not work. Our stains came from olive oil, by the way, FYI. The service was excellent and everything else was excellent. It's just that the, again, HOST DRY CARPET CLEANER did not work.

I one tread was a different color than the rest. The tape we purchased was very difficult to use.

I love the fact that you carry natural rugs for my family that I don't have to worry about, but, the wool rug we purchased has been a nightmare for me. There is wool all over my house in every corner for over 3 years now and I suspect it will just keep happening until we have no rug anymore. It has completely ruined the cleanliness of my home and I can't vacuum more than 1 tijme without emptying a ton of wool from my canister. The jute rug we purchased is pretty but no where near as soft and plush to lay on, making it a bad choice for a children's area. I don't want toxic chemicals in my home but I wish I didn't have to choose between something that feels good but causes a total mess and something that isn't messy but feels so rough and hard.

Diana, Thank you for letting us know about your shopping experience. We tried looking up your previous order for a Wool rug but could not find any. Wool rugs like with all wool material such as garments/carpets will always shed temporarily for a few months. Stopping the shedding will vary with each owner's care and maintenance of the rug. As for the Jute rugs, these are 100% natural fiber rugs and are considered to be softer as compared to other natural fiber rugs. Still the same, we truly value your feedback and always feel free to contact us directly for any other concerns. Sincerely, Angelique
