Hi Rita, It's good to see that you dog and cat are doing better with our products. We really appreciate knowing how they are working for them, so we can make sure to supply only the best products. Shipping to Europe is a challenge, as it can take a lot longer than our normal timeframe here in the US. We look forward to your next order, and serving you again! Carter P.

Hey Sherry, Thank you for the good feedback, however, I do not want us to take credit for something that we did not provide to you. After reviewing your order, and the items that you received from us, I was not able to find the item you were referring to in your order history with us. While it is great to see that you are having a good experience with the item, it may have been ordered from elsewhere. I really do hope that the items you received from us here at NativeRemedies, were just as helpful to you as the item you are referring to! Carter P.

Hey Katy, Thank you so much for the feedback on it! We try so hard to provide the best natural solutions for these types of problems. I am so ecstatic to see that you gave us your recommendation to your friends. We do have a variety of promotions that are changing each day, so I do understand that the emails can feel excessive at times. We do hope to keep up the great service though, and look forward to your next order! Have a great weekend! Carter P.
