Product is good, but do not like being over charged on tax percent and being charged for shipping that was supposed to be free

Hello Mary, I apologize that your promo code did not apply. I have refunded the shipping and related tax. (Wisconsin charges tax on goods and services, so they include shipping). Please call us if you have any questions at 1-800-683-1235. Dottie R.

The product is good but it was on back order. The company kept pushing the date of delivery forward with no explanation. When I pressed for information they finally offered another company that had the product. I told them that my 16 year old dog relied on this product but didn't offer an alternative until I pressed.

Hi Jim, I am very sorry that you are not seeing results with your order yet. Each pet has it's own body chemistry that will react differently to our products. For some, full results can be seen in days and for others it may take continuing use for a few weeks before full results are achieved. We have a one year guarantee on our products. If you are truly not satisfied, please contact us at 800-683-1235 for assistance. Carter P.

The only reason I even gave a two star rating is because delivery was very quick. I paid an extremely high price for nothing. I used the drops for two weeks and there was absolutely no difference. Instead,I have achieved results with a salt spray once a day. Very very disappointed.

After having tried everything else to try and clear the mucus from my nasal drip I stumbled upon your website and found Mucus Clear. So I read the reviews and was very impressed but my hesitation was the cost as I live in Australia but was getting desperate so didn't mind paying for it. I have been using it now for two weeks and it has made no difference at all so I'm very disappointed that this product didn't work for me. I am now trying a prescription nasal spray to see if that will work - my journey to recovery continues.

I spoke to customer service and ask about shelve life for the product , and she told me that is minimum one year from date of purchase ! , well when I received product , date clearly said February of 2019 so it is less then 7 months ??, reason I ask about shelve life is because I am purchasing it for my father in other country one year supply , so wee need shelve life , so they are not trustworthy !! Hi Seniha, I apologize that the expiration dates on the packages were not as far out as you had hoped. It was noted when the order was placed, that you were looking for at least one year ahead for the supply that you had purchased. Your order is only typically about a 3 month supply, if he is using them on a daily basis he will need more well before their expiration after he does get them. We do have a 1 year return policy on our products. If he is not seeing the results that he should, or you are not satisfied for any reason, we can accept them back for a return. Carter P.

I love the products that I get from native remedies for my dog. They're excellent. However the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Hi Ann, I sincerely apologize that you were not satisfied with your experience. After reviewing the order, there is an issue on the account that can only be discussed by phone. While it is good to hear that you love our products, we appreciate hearing where we need to improve. We will look forward to when you contact us again at 800-683-1235 so we can help out with this issue. Carter P.

Remedies not working. We ordered Mucus-Clear about 3 months ago for my husband's problem with post-nasal drip, and constant throat clearing and spitting. That did not seem to work, so I recently ordered AllergiClear-S and AllergiClear-M. So far, they have not helped either. We have tried just about every prescription and over-the-counter medication for this, and so far, nothing seems to alleviate his ailment. We're going to keep them up until they are gone, but if he hasn't improved by that time, we will not be ordering any more.

Hi Patty, I apologize that the remedies that we have supplied, are not giving the results that they should be. With any of our products, it comes down to the user's own body chemistry for how effective it may work. Because of how long he has been using the products, it may be that our formula may not be able to provide the best results for him. We do try our best to make sure our products will only provide great results, however, like most medicines or natural solutions, we understand that there may be some people out there who do not see full results like the majority of our customers. If he does not see full results by the time he is out, please contact us. We guarantee all of our products after 30 days of use. If our products are not working for any reason, we will accept them back for a refund, open or unopened. Carter P.
