Placed order on June 19, 2020. Received order confirmation e-mail. Still have not received product. Have not received any type of order status. Have not been able to get back into my account. Absolutely unprofessional.

I thought I was ordering from a natural…
I thought I was ordering from a natural medicine site. However it turned out to be IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY(!!!) and a veterinary site!! Medication U.S.E.L.E.S.S.!!!!

We do not have a veterinary site - we do have pet products under PetAlive, which are produced and tested in the same facilities with our quality people products. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Products from this company are on constant back order. They do not communicate with customers to update status of orders. They offer no remuneration for inconvenience and delay. Horrible company and customer service. Their excuses have been the same for months so I’m sure they are fabricating them. Find your natural remedies elsewhere because this company is unreliable and should be ashamed of themselves. I would give no stars if allowed.
