I have not used the Pet Calm which I thought would be a solution to my rescued dog's anxiety [He was kept in a boarding kennel for two years -half his life- not my idea of being rescued.] When I purchased this product I didn't know it had to be administered on the dog's tongue - impossible - so it was wasted money and the bottle just sits on my counter. I wrote to their Customer Service and never received a reply.

Hello Joan, I do apologize for the inconvenience on lack of communication. You can mix the dosage into food, water or treat to administer. We recommend on the tongue or directly into the mouth as this is the quickest way for the remedy to absorb into the system. It is not the definite or only way you need to administer. Extremely dissatisfied
For several months, they have not had the UTI-Free product for pets. I am extremely disappointed in this company as a result of not having this product available for such a long period of time. I do not understand how a company can operate in this manner!

I have been ordering for years which…
I have been ordering for years which adds up to thousands of dollars I have spent taking care of my cats but it seems the past year or so when I make orders I get an email 2 days later saying my orders are back ordered and have to wait months to get the products I ordered. If the product is out of stock it should reflect on their website and not let you make the order. This just happened on two of my recent orders and the last one was expedited for next day and paid $20.00 dollars for and I got an email saying my order was back ordered for 1 month or so and desperately need this product for my older cat. Company has my money. building interest on it and I paid $20.00 bucks for a product I should of had yesterday and not sure If I will get it in a month. I called and told customer service that I will be contacting the BBB about the business.

Totally unhelpful company.
My order failed to arrive and contact with Native Remedies got no response. Second email I was told the order was damaged in transit. True or not I have no idea since I never got a tracking number. Finally get the order and one item had black things in it and again contact with Native Remedies - NO RESPONSE.I have no idea if its safe or not so have not tried the product. Will not shop there again.
