I was looking for a natural resolve for sinus problem. So based on reviews I ordered Sinus Smoothe and Mucous Clear products. Neither works for me or my adult daughter. Very disappointed. So sad because they were very expensive.

I thought it was interesting that Native Remedies asked me to review an order that I placed on January 6th but hasn’t even shipped yet, 6 weeks later. Yes, I knew it was back ordered when I ordered it, and I got an update on January 29th with an anticipated stock date of February 11, but here we are on February 20 and no product and no additional updates. I’m sure the product will be great... if it ever arrives.

When you place an order, the credit card company authorizes the purchase and when we ship the order, they transfer the funds to us and cancel the authorization. I ordered my product in November 2020 & was advised that it would come in Dec but they drafted my account anyways/sent no product. It overdrew my account. I called & they said product backordered until Jan. Jan.came & went no notice so I called-said it would be March but on 1/25/21 they drafted my account-no product. I called them & they said they got a shipment in and would be shipped in Feb. so already drafted the account on 1/25. On 1/30/21 they drafted my account TWICE more for a total of $178.14 typing up my money for a product I only ordered once and paid on 1/25/21. I love the product but the company has terrible bookkeeping records. I AM DONE. No more purchases here and certainly don't use their automatic ordering/shipping. I am tired of calling them and having my money tied up.

Be careful not to inadvertently click on the rewards program after your purchase. I made that mistake. You won't get a refund. They were efficient however in terminating my contract.

Hi Andrea, We get questions about the alcohol content in some of our remedies pretty often. A base of 80% water and 20% alcohol is a standard delivery method for homeopathic medicines, and it's considered safe to give even to small children. Our liquid herbal formulas come in a base of glycerin (derived from palm kernel fruit) and our liquid homeopathic formulas come either in a base of pure water or water and alcohol. For remedies that come in a base of 20% USP grain alcohol, each 0.25 mL serving contains about 1/4 of a drop of alcohol. The average human digestive system produces at least 10 times more alcohol than this on a daily basis. To remove the alcohol, simply bring a quarter cup of water to a boil or near boil. Add drops to near boiling water. Let cool to room temperature. Drink or add water to juice. As electro magnetic waves can affect the efficacy of homeopathic remedies, do not microwave or refrigerate water containing the homeopathic solution.
