Reading the large number of ingredients in UTI-Clear seemed as though every possible 'help' was tossed in, but this product is the first that works perfectly. As with all herbal supplements, it took a few weeks to be completely effective. I am almost 90 years old so muscles have relaxed resulting in very frequent trips to evacuate my bladder, including every two hours through the night. Now I sleep straight through. There is a new prescription med that works, but is over $400 and has side effects. None with this product.

Prostate dr is keeping me one step ahead of my urologist who would like to perform a TURP. I would like to see more and clearer information on how it should be used, symptoms to expect in short time, mid-time and long term.

Goods came in good time circa 7-10 days. Too early to tell how much of a difference, but did help lessen symptoms.
